Document Red-Team Analysis · Adversarial Structural Review · Minimum $1,500 · No Discounts · No Free Passes
◈ The $1,500 Floor
Every engagement starts at $1,500 — The Scout Pass. It is a mutual test. You pay to prove the document is worth defending. I deliver findings to prove the method works. No free passes, no sample work, no "let me prove myself first." Nothing on this page falls below that line.
Recourse: Scope, satisfaction terms, and dispute resolution are governed by the Terms of Engagement. Read them before you send a document.
Proof of Method — Published, Unsolicited, Uncompensated
Three independent structural reviews, run without being asked and without payment, then published. This is the method before it ever touches a paying document.

◈ What a Finding Looks Like
Document: A vendor contract with a liability cap. The cap is defined. The exceptions are listed. The definition of "gross negligence" is left to applicable law.
The seam: between the liability cap and the undefined "gross negligence." Squeeze: vendor claims ordinary performance; customer claims gross negligence. The text provides no test.
Escape path: vendor breaches → customer sues → vendor invokes cap → customer argues gross negligence → a court must define a term the contract left open. Outcome: the litigation and uncertainty the author intended to avoid.
Severity: S3 — structural, exploitable with consequence. This is the level of specificity every pass delivers.

◇
1 · Boundary Mapping
The Scout Pass
The initial structural scan. We map the boundaries of your document and identify the top 3–5 load-bearing seams. You receive a precise findings register with severity ratings (S1–S4) and exact clause citations. No fixes yet — just the unvarnished topology of your risk.
$1,500 USDUp to 50 pages5 business days
Tier 2 — The Anvil Pass · $5,000
◈
2 · Full Teardown & Fix
The Anvil Pass
Attack to fix. A comprehensive structural audit that maps every escape path, loophole, and silent accumulation in your document. You receive the complete findings register AND ready-to-insert resolution language for every identified seam. This is the workhorse tier for enterprise contracts and critical policies.

3 · Verifier-Separated Audit
The Gauntlet
The strongest proof. Reserved for foundational regulations, high-stakes system architectures, and "God Standards." Multiple adversarial passes with strict verifier separation (the builder cannot certify their own work). Includes the "Killed List," full epistemic tagging, and a final PROCEED / BLOCK certification dossier.

4 · Ecosystem Interrogation
The Leviathan Pass
For document ecosystems that exceed standard bounds. Multi-jurisdictional treaties, 100+ page master service agreements with nested annexes, and sovereign AI governance frameworks. The AION pipeline determines the instrument stack based on document mass — no a la carte framework selection.

The Provenance Seals — What You Receive
Tier 1 (Scout) and Tier 2 (Anvil) close with comprehensive diagnostic reports. Tier 3 (Gauntlet), Tier 4 (Leviathan), and Custom Builds close with a physical and digital Provenance Seal. These seals do not certify the document's future performance or legal compliance; they certify the rigor of the interrogation it survived. Tap any seal to view it full size.
Tier 3 & 4 · The Gauntlet & Leviathan
The Sovereign Seal
Silver seal. Awarded only to documents that survive multi-pass, verifier-separated interrogation and external hostile review.
Custom · AION Build
The Architect's Mark
Tricolor shield. Awarded when a custom diagnostic framework is built from scratch and deployed for an enterprise ecosystem.
Specialized Engagements
The following services falls outside the standard asynchronous red-team pipeline. They are scoped individually and governed by separate engagement terms, but strictly respect the $1,500 absolute floor.

Before You Send a Document
What do I actually receive?
A written report of findings in your document. Every finding is severity-rated, tied to the exact clause or section, and — from the Anvil Pass up — paired with ready-to-insert resolution language. You are buying findings and fixes, not a certificate of attendance.
How do I know this will find something?
You don't — and that's exactly why the floor is a mutual test. The Scout Pass exists to prove the method on your document before you commit further, and the three published reviews above are the method already running on real, high-stakes documents, unsolicited and uncompensated. You're not paying on faith; you're paying for a demonstrated instrument pointed at your document.
What if I need something between tiers?
Tell me the document and the stakes at intake. I'll point you at the tier that fits the page count and the consequence — or scope a custom build (The AION Build) if none of the fixed tiers do.

The Scout Pass
Tier 1 · $1,500 USD · 5 business days
What you receive: A 10–15 page structural findings register. We map the boundaries of your document and identify the top 3–5 load-bearing seams.
Every finding is severity-rated (S1-Catastrophic to S4-Negligible), tied to the exact clause, and mapped to its escape path. This is the entry point and a mutual test: you pay to prove the document is worth defending; I deliver findings to prove the method works.
Best for: Vendor SLAs, Terms of Service, privacy policies, and early-stage policy drafts where you need to know if the foundation is cracked before you build on it.
What you receive: A 20–40 page comprehensive structural teardown. We don't just find the seams; we provide the ready-to-insert resolution language to close them.
This pass runs the full adversarial pipeline to map every loophole, silent accumulation, and causal inversion in your document. You receive the complete findings register, the "Killed List" (false positives we tested and discarded), and exact patch language for every structural failure node.
Best for: Enterprise contracts, regulatory submissions, critical safety protocols, and high-stakes operational specifications.
Included — The Sovereign Seal (Silver Provenance Dossier)
What you receive: A 50+ page certification dossier with full provenance and a final PROCEED / BLOCK verdict.
This is the sovereign audit. It utilizes strict verifier separation—the entity that builds the findings cannot be the entity that certifies them. It involves multiple adversarial passes, negation testing, and external stress-testing against the physical and legal constraints of your deployment environment.
Best for: "God Standards" (ISO, international treaties), foundational AI governance frameworks, and system architectures where a missed seam results in S1-Catastrophic consequences.
What you receive: A comprehensive ecosystem teardown for document masses that exceed standard bounds. When a document spans 100+ pages or multiple interdependent texts, the failure nodes hide in the cross-references and annexes. This tier maps the entire topology.
The Boundary: Pricing is fixed at $25,000 for up to 100 pages, with a hard ceiling of $35,000 for up to 250 pages. If your ecosystem exceeds 250 pages, we do not accept the engagement. We do not do phased rollouts.
The Method: The AION pipeline determines the instrument stack based on document mass and complexity. You are buying the certification of structural integrity, not a menu of tools.
Best for: Sovereign frameworks, international codes, massive enterprise M&A data rooms, and multi-jurisdictional treaties.
Custom Pricing · Scoped Individually · Full Ownership
What you receive: A purpose-built analytical framework or sovereign red-team pipeline built from scratch. Scope, architecture, scoring methodology, epistemic tagging protocol, and versioning structure tailored to your specific document ecosystem.
This is for organizations that want their own internal diagnostic capability or a custom framework architecture (up to 5+ instruments). You own the framework outright.
What you receive: A written technical declaration for disputes or proceedings. Structural analysis of a document's properties — technical opinion, not legal opinion.
Scope boundary: This is a technical analysis of a document's structural properties — not a legal opinion and not expert witness testimony. If you need expert witness services for proceedings, that is a separate engagement with separate terms.
