Engagement Protocol

OperationalBoundaries

These boundaries exist to preserve diagnostic velocity and deep-work continuity. If your operational requirements conflict with this protocol, this engagement is not a fit. Minimum engagement floor: $1,500.

// 00

Architectural Identity & Instrument Topology

The Architect

Structural Integrity Analyst and Adversarial Red-Team Architect. I map the structural failure nodes in your documents before your counterparties exploit them. I read the artifact. I find the seams. I report the topology.

Instrument Topology

The AION diagnostic pipeline utilizes multi-model adversarial simulation and topological mapping as core structural instruments. The instrument generates the telemetry; I retain sole authority over the final disposition, severity ratings, and resolution architecture.

Epistemic Boundary

This is structural analysis, not legal advice. Findings describe topological properties of documents — not legal exposure, compliance status, or enforceability. Consult independent legal counsel for binding regulatory determinations.

Liability & Insurance

I operate as a solo practitioner. Total liability is strictly capped at the engagement fee. If your vendor onboarding mandates insured providers or formal E&O coverage, this engagement is not a fit.

// 01

Jurisdictional Neutrality & Standing Exclusions

Jurisdictional Neutrality

Any jurisdiction. Any counterparty. The document is the only thing in the room. Political, ideological, or market positions are excluded from the diagnostic scope.

Conduct Boundaries

Engagements requiring coercion, consensus-building, or emotional labor are declined. Boundaries are declared at intake, not negotiated post-payment.

Standing Exclusions

I do not accept engagements involving kinetic military strategy, weapons systems architecture, or state-sponsored harm. This is a hard, non-negotiable boundary.

Commercial Terms & Execution Protocol

Execution Sequence

1. Artifact submission via intake protocol. 2. Scope and topology confirmation. 3. Prepayment clearance. 4. Asynchronous diagnostic execution. 5. Telemetry release.

Settlement Protocol

Execution requires full prepayment. Standard settlement is via Stripe enterprise invoice. Net-30, crypto, and unwired checks are not accepted. The engagement begins only when the artifact is accessed.

Engagement Floor

Minimum engagement floor: $1,500. No discounts, no exceptions — regardless of sector, volume, or institutional status. The topology dictates the price.

Cancellation & Chargebacks

Full refund if cancelled before diagnostic execution begins. Once the artifact is accessed, payment is non-refundable. Chargebacks void the engagement and permanently sever the commercial relationship.

Master Services & NDAs

Engagements are governed by the published Terms of Service and the executed Statement of Work. Client-provided MSAs and NDAs will undergo structural red-teaming prior to execution. Asymmetrical or unenforceable clauses will be rejected.

Service Tiers

Pricing is fixed per diagnostic tier. Custom architectural scopes are quoted individually based on topological complexity. See the Services page for current architecture.

Asynchronous Boundary & Transmission Cycles

Intake Windows

To preserve deep-work continuity, diagnostic intake operates on structured weekly cycles. Intake clearance: Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Telemetry Outbox

Scheduled telemetry release and structural rebuttals are processed on weekends, following deep-cycle adversarial simulation.

Quality Assurance Window

Completed diagnostics are held in a scheduled outbox for a final topological verification pass before release. This is a structural QA gate, not a delay.

Synchronous Boundary

This practice operates strictly asynchronously. Discovery calls, status meetings, and pitch decks are not part of the engagement model. Synchronous advisory is scoped and billed as a separate retainer.

Transmission Protocol

All artifacts and operational context must be submitted via the structured intake forms or the designated transmission email.

Diagnostic Silence

Standard tiers operate in total diagnostic silence. The Gauntlet and Custom Architecture tiers include a single, structured midpoint telemetry checkpoint to verify scope topology.

// 04

Diagnostic Velocity & Scope Topology

Standard Velocity

5–10 business days. This is the required pace for deep recursive teardown and multi-domain topological mapping.

Compressed Timelines

Compressed timelines require priority scheduling and intensive framework deployment. The analysis depth remains constant; the execution velocity accelerates. Priced accordingly.

Artifact Formats

PDF, .docx, .txt, or secure ephemeral link. Topological complexity and overage parameters are confirmed prior to settlement.

Diagnostic Limits

A clean telemetry pass indicates no structural failure nodes were detected within the scope of the current diagnostic profile. It does not certify the document as immune to future adversarial exploitation.

// 05

Data Topology & Ephemeral Retention

Default Confidentiality

Every artifact is treated as strictly confidential by default, regardless of NDA execution. No syndication, no public disclosure, no external telemetry.

IP & Archival

The Client owns the final diagnostic report. I retain the methodology and instrument architecture. Case study rights require explicit written clearance.

Zero-Retention Inference

Artifacts are processed in secure, ephemeral environments. Zero-retention AI inference endpoints are utilized. Raw artifacts are cryptographically shredded 30 days post-delivery.

Hostile Verification

I am the sole human authority on every engagement. The Gauntlet tier utilizes fresh-context, isolated AI instances for hostile verification. No human subcontractors ever touch the artifact.

// 06

Rebuttal Protocol & Capacity Gates

Rebuttal Protocol

Clients may submit one formal written rebuttal per engagement. If the structural analysis shifts, the telemetry is revised. If the finding holds, the diagnostic is closed. No extended consensus-building.

Capacity Gates

I operate as a solo architect. When the diagnostic queue reaches capacity, intake is suspended. Settlement order governs execution priority.

Exclusivity & Silence

If your compliance framework mandates absolute exclusivity for a public artifact, this must be negotiated and cleared prior to execution. Same confidentiality. No telemetry release. No public registry.
