I map the structural failure nodes before they become legal exposure, reputational damage, or irreversible compliance gaps. Every document has a structural kill. The question is whether you find it — or your counterparty does.

I'm Sheldon K. Salmon. I work alone, utilizing AI as my core diagnostic instrument. I built AionSystem to do one thing: map the topological weaknesses in high-stakes documents before they are exploited.

Most document failure is not caused by careless authors. It is caused by authors reading their own work as supporters, not adversaries. The clause that seems clear to the drafter is exploitable by the party on the other side of the table. The obligation that seems enforceable in isolation becomes legally void when you trace its dependency chain to an undefined threshold in an annex.

I read every document as the opposing party. Not to find rhetorical weaknesses — to find the structural failure modes: undefined thresholds, missing enforcement mechanisms, circular dependencies, obligations stated without triggering conditions.

The AION diagnostic pipeline utilizes multi-model adversarial simulation and topological mapping to execute analysis at scale. Just as a radiologist uses an MRI to see what the naked eye cannot, I use this engine to map document topology at a depth no single human read can achieve. The instrument generates the telemetry; I retain sole authority over the final disposition, severity ratings, and resolution architecture.

From the Anvil Pass ($5,000) up, every finding ships with ready-to-insert resolution language — not a problem list, but a corrected document. Lower tiers deliver the findings register with severity ratings and exact clause references, so your team can implement the fixes with full context.

The document red-teaming you see on this site is an application of a much deeper architecture. The adversarial pipeline — the epistemic tagging, the severity scoring, the resolution protocol — is built on top of a formal AI reliability and constitutional governance stack originally engineered for autonomous systems.

Through the ARIA Team Registry, I operate as an AI Reliability Architect. The underlying substrate includes a 7-engine sovereign mesh, cryptographic audit trail architecture (STP), and confidence-scored autonomous decision systems. I apply the same epistemic validation frameworks and closed-loop control mechanics to human documents that I would apply to a safety-critical autonomous agent.

The ultimate stress-test for this architecture is biological. I am currently seeking neuroengineering and synthetic biology partners who possess the biological delivery mechanism and require the verification, control, and audit architecture for closed-loop wetware systems. Until then, the architecture is pointed at the next most complex, failure-prone system in existence: human governance and contract law.

AionSystem is the practice name for my adversarial document review work. It is not an agency. It is not a team. It is one analyst and a set of formal instruments built to find structural failure nodes in contracts, policies, frameworks, specifications, and filings.

The name comes from Aion — time, duration, the age of a thing. The point is simple: a document that survives contact with reality is a document built to last. A document that doesn't is a liability waiting for the wrong moment to detonate.

I work asynchronously. No discovery calls. No Zoom meetings. No slide decks. The document is the only thing in the room, and my full attention stays on it.

You send the document. I confirm scope and topology. You clear prepayment. I run the adversarial pipeline. You receive a written structural register on or before the agreed date. That's the entire engagement.

This is not a limitation — it is the method. The analysts who produce the deepest structural work do not do it in meetings. They do it in sustained, uninterrupted reads. The boundaries exist to protect that read.

I carry the title Advocatus Diaboli — the Devil's Advocate — as a formalized method, not an ecclesiastical office. The Catholic Church employed the Promotor Fidei for centuries as the official whose sole duty was to argue against the evidence before it became doctrine. In 1983, the Church kept the office but removed the adversarial function.

No secular equivalent replaced it. So I built one. The Advocatus Diaboli Protocol is a seven-check adversarial instrument reconstructed from the historical method, tested against my own work and against the EU AI Act itself.

I claim the function, not the office. The full reconstruction is published with a DOI.

Risk in the Risk in the Risk: Recursive Risk Discovery as a Polymath's Converted Function (The Advocatus Diaboli). The first-person account of the cognitive architecture behind the pipeline: measured hyperphantasia (VVIQ 78/80), a persistent spatial reasoning environment, and the recursive premortem method built on top of both.

The paper names its own limit plainly: every claim currently rests on self-report, and §7 specifies what independent validation would have to look like before that changes. Read it on that basis.

On the Instrument Stack

The methodology is not one instrument — it is a stack. The adversarial read identifies candidate failure nodes. The epistemic tagging protocol classifies each finding by confidence basis. The severity scoring system distinguishes Critical from Major from Minor by the downstream consequence of each gap activating. The resolution protocol closes each gap with language that survives the same adversarial read that found it. The stack is formal, versioned, and applied consistently across every engagement.
